*Please note that students only wishing to study 15 ECTS per term will now enjoy a further reduction in fees, please see attached fees document.

Nomination of Students

Please fill in the details of all nominated students on the attached Nomination chart and send this to inbound@regents.ac.uk by 20th March 2018. We kindly ask you for a good projection of numbers, so that we are able to plan accordingly.

Exchange numbers have already been agreed upon. If there is any doubt about this please do contact the Inbound Team. If there are no more exchange spots left, you may wish to send (additional) students on a fee-paying basis.

Applications

The application deadline is 10th April 2018.

The Autumn 2018 Application Form can be downloaded from our website, and should be sent as an attachment to inbound@regents.ac.uk along with:

1.       An official copy of the student’s transcript
2.       A clear photocopy of their passport, or national ID card
3.       A clear JPEG portrait photo, for their student ID card
4.       (Postgraduate Students should also submit their CV, in English)

Immigration Status and Visas

It is the student’s responsibility to establish if they need a visa to study in the UK and to request the visa type they require upon application. If you/they are unable to find the right information in our Application Guide, on our website or on the UK Home Office website, do let us know and we will assist.

Insurance

We would like to highlight how very important it is that all students take out appropriate insurance in their home country for overseas travel.

Accommodation

Students can contact the Accommodation Team to apply for on-campus housing, or for assistance with finding housing off-campus, please find their details on our website.

If you have any queries at all, please feel free to get in touch, we are also happy to arrange Skype calls to answer students’ questions, to be joined in by any students you may currently have here.
